QR Code for Customer Payments

It would be great to be able to:

1. Generate a QR Code
2. Send the QR Code to a customer via email, SMS or social media
3. Have customers fill out their name, shipping and amount to pay
4. Receive and track their payment as an Order so that merchants can fulfill the order
5. This way, merchants can have a table top sign in their physical store front to take in payments from anywhere
