LALAMOVE

Here's the thing, upon customer checkout, I dont have the control for the lalamove or whatsoever. Everytime I use the lalamove app on my own, I have the options to either PAY via Wallet, Use Coupons, and Book multiple locations. Let me enumerate what I want to happen:

Upon checkout of customer, hopefully the store admin can be re-directed or have a external access to lalamove app/website.

so we can do the mentioned tasks above
if we can be redirected to the app, we can send the tracking link to the customer, where most of our customer request for the tracking link so they can prepare payments or go down from their condominium in a convenient manner
having access to the app also would let us customize or have last minute changes in terms of cancellation or modifications of drop or extra drop off locations.
lalamove is also giving away coupons every now and then whenever a user tops up to the online wallet.
lastly, we can either cancel or find a new driver if the driver request to cancel because of various reasons, either item is too big or bulky or whatso ever and even change me
